EU, US Sketch Out $800 Billion 'Prosperity Framework' For Post-War Ukraine The European Union and the United States have sketched out a “prosperity framework” for Ukraine designed to give Kyiv the financial assurances to go along with security guarantees to stabilize Ukraine after the war with Russia ends.
