The Dollar Is Falling — The NBU Announces the Exchange Rate for September 28 The National Bank of Ukraine lowered the official exchange rate for the dollar on Monday, September 28. The U.S. dollar fell by 13 kopecks, while the euro rose by only 1 kopeck.
