The VAKS Appeals Court denied the request by Tetyana Krupa's relatives to have the case transferred to another court

On September 28, a panel of judges from the Appeals Chamber of the High Anti-Corruption Court rejected a motion by the defense to transfer the criminal case against the husband and son of Tetyana Krupa, the former head of the Khmelnytskyi Medical and Social Expertise Commission, to another court.
