International Suspects Arrested for Aiding Ukrainian Conflict German prosecutors have detained a Russian and a German national for allegedly supporting pro-Russian militants in eastern Ukraine. The suspects are accused of supplying materials and funds to the so-called People's Republics of Donetsk and Luhansk since 2016. One suspect reportedly traveled to distribute goods personally.
